Ana Rodrigues is the latest addition to our team, having joined Global Campus earlier this year.

She is originally from Portugal, currently living in Leiden. Between Portugal, Italy and The Netherlands, she studied biomedical engineering and has spent some years doing academic research with stem cells and tissue regeneration. In 2016, Ana moved from academic research to research in industry and a couple of years later, she changed paths to scientific marketing.

Ana likes to read and talk about the perks of a multi-cultural family. At Global Campus, she is responsible for giving support to the customers, providing demos and training sessions and is always curious to hear the customers suggestions and feedback. When she is not working, she likes to read, try new restaurants, play with the kids and learn more about child development and conscious parenting. The best part about this job? The variety of tasks (from blog writing to product demo sessions) and being in close contact with a diverse set of customers. It never gets boring! Additionally, the fun and friendly atmosphere at the office and the nice conversations at lunch time motivates her to learn and work with a positive attitude. Ana believes that the biggest impact she has in her community is by being present, connected and having time for her friends and family.
